How it works
Motors tend to give out vibration signature when they are operating normally, our sensors examine all 3 axis x,y and z and can pickup when a machine is operating strangely. Our cloud platform monitors your machines consistently as is able to pickup these changes and send alerts, we can also assist you when analysis is required for machines that just don’t seem to be running right we can help find the problem such as bearing faults, rotor/stator faults or other imbalances that can lead to catastrophic failure.
Installation is quick and easy. Your maintenance personnel can install the sensors and gateways and we take care of the backend technology(or you can choose one of our staff to do the installation). It doesn't matter how hard your machines are to get as we offer a battery powered node with wireless connectivity that has a long battery life(up to 10 years on a single set of 4 x AA batteries). No matter where your machines are located, you will be able to have it covered.

Vibration X, Y & Z plane sensor with built in temperature sensor. Strong Magnet to allow for easy installation.
Magnetic feet on control box to allow for easy installation to body of machine. No drilling or glue required.
Wireless Gateway
Wireless Antenna – 915 Mhz Radio Inside offering possible connection to many sensors. This can be mounted in a plant room or office for easy connection to the internet via WiFi.
This is a powered device and we also supply a DC converter plug pack.
USB for addtional connection to a PC or other computers such as a Raspberry Pi.
